This program includes a meal plan, a stretching routine, and more than 30 reflection exercises you can do at home to improve anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress injuries. As part of this program, you will also have access to tools that will help you examine your own behavior and learn from past experiences.

    The program includes videos, an eBook, and a workbook. As you engage in reflection exercises and activities, you will learn a lot about yourself. Among other things, these exercises will help you reflect on your actions and experiences

    Emma S. Kuffar, MPH, is a health promotion facilitator, data analyst, and is the author of the " Self-Care Plan for Body, Mind and Spirit: Workbook & Journal ". She holds a Master of Public Health degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. She also has experience in quality improvement, data management, process development and improvement.
